At Zwc & co., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged. Please read our return policy carefully to facilitate a smooth process.
Watches:
We accept returns for watches only in the case of manufacturing faults or defects. If you receive a watch that is faulty or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.
Please note that normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or accidental damage does not qualify for a return or exchange. Additionally, any alterations made to the watch by a third party will void our return policy.
Fragrances:
We understand that fragrances are delicate items and may be susceptible to damage during transit. If your fragrance arrives with a broken bottle or has leaked in transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the damage to process a replacement order.
Due to the nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage during transit. All sales of fragrances are final, except in cases where the product has been damaged in transit as described above.
